Andrew Tuck - Managing Director
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience running large to medium sized events. With his extensive operational background, he is hands on when it comes to event planning and preparation.
His attention to detail and the ability to look at the requirements from the client’s perspective has been hugely beneficial across the business. Andrew has worked closely with local government councils, NZ Government departments including the NZ Defence Force and the NZ Police.
This level of stakeholder engagement results in Andrew being able to work collaboratively with clients to meet and exceed, their expectations.
Marolyn Walker - National Security Manager - Lead course facilitator.
Utlilising her adult education qualifications Marolyn is a lead facilitator in the delivery of public safety, security awareness and resilience training.
With her breadth of experience, Marolyn has up to date credible knowledge of current and emerging security practices including, for example, the implementation of New Zealand Government Protective Security requirements and the Crowded Places Strategy.
As the National Security Manager, Marolyn is involved in the risk assessment and operational planning for significant events and high-risk deployments, and the operational deployment and management of a security workforce .
Arnie Tulloch - Education Manager - Lead course facilitator.
Joining the NZ police in 1977, Arnie has decades of experience in the Public Safety and Security environment. Enhanced by service as an Operations Manager with St John Ambulance and then employment in the NZ Government Intelligence community, Arnie can be considered a subject matter expert.
For the last decade Arnie has been involved in education, including several key senior academic manager roles.
Arnie is a passionate advocate for improved training outcomes for both the Security Officer guard force and the broader corporate and public sectors to improve our resilience to meet and manage the challenges we face in this modern world.
Peter Gill - Wellington Regional Operations Manager.
With decades of experience Peter is a highly respected security professional.
Peter is results-driven with expertise in high-profile event management, team leadership and customer focussed security solutions.
He has a proven track record in events, crisis management, conflict resolution, crowd control and public safety risk mitigation.
Michael Lamusse - Operations Manager
Michael has an extensive knowledge in operations, contracts, accounts, and commercial sectors and is the lead in operational support and logistics. His technical expertise enables Precision Live Security to adapt in real time to changes in the security environment.
This is evidenced in the growing use of drones which he recently deployed to provide a live stream of the event back to a command center to ensure the smooth running of the event and the safety of patrons.
He also has extensive knowledge in the use of CAD and other mapping systems to support both the planning and operation deployment of resources.
